Privacy Policy

This policy explains what AniCare collects, why, and the choices you have. We ask for as little as the app needs to work.

What we collect

• Your email address, used only to sign you in and to confirm bookings — never for marketing.
• The pets you add and the records you keep for them: names, species, birthdays, photos, vaccinations and treatments.
• Your city district, so we can show the nearest vets and salons.
• Appointments you request through the app.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide the service: to store your pets' records so you can show them to a vet, to send the reminders you turn on, and to help you find and book care. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored on AniCare's servers. Sign-in codes are never written to our database. Access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

Your choices

You can edit or delete any pet at any time, which removes its records. You can delete your whole account from the app's Settings, which removes your profile and your pets' records. You can turn reminders off at any time.
