Common questions
- I did not receive my sign-in code. Check your spam folder, then try again after a minute.
- A record I added says "unverified". Records you enter yourself stay unverified until a partner clinic confirms them — this is normal.
- How do I delete my account? Open the app's Settings and choose Delete account, at the bottom.

AniCare does not diagnose or give veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed vet clinic about your pet's health, especially in an emergency.
In an emergency
AniCare cannot help with a medical emergency. If your pet is in danger, contact a vet clinic or an emergency animal hospital immediately.
